How To Be Happier.

6:22 PM

Everyone wants to seek happiness, live that crazy life dreamed. But most of them just don't. They simply don't know what road to take. This thing comes without even trying, and that's the thing, we are working hard just for us to be free. We eat our minds starving for happiness. we are not, and money don't buy what you're looking for.
I was one of the victims, last year was so hard for me. I rarely when felt I fit in this world and my mental illness wasn't helping. it got me down day by day. I was looking for something that deep down I knew I wouldn't get, simply I was dying from inside.
Let's go now to the bright side! this year I can definitely say it's mine. I'm taking chances, I'm not afraid of falling and I'm being a kid again. So making the story short, here are the simple things in life that make you feel happy.

Make New Friends.

Don't get stuck with the old group of friend, even if they are nice to you and you feel like you fit in and they are the only escape to you. I'm not saying that you should change them don't! make new ones. I believe that books can help you too,  I suggest to read every last word, it talks about friendship and how to get out of your bubble. Now I'm not saying that I am a professional when it comes to giving friendship, advice but here it is, get close to the people that you see a lot, like a classmate or the girl you always find reading at the library. It somehow helps to create activities together and ended up being BFF!! I made a lot of friends this year, one of them is becoming my best friend and we're planning our dreams together that I hope that one day I will get to share it with everyone who has been reading my blog. She even started her blog called le journal de lou

Spend Less Time On The Internet.

Let's be real we spend a lot of time on these machines and it's addicting! just ask yourself, does sitting 24/7 on my computer/ phone makes, me any happier? am I making any progress? am I feeding my soul? don't get me wrong, but that's not what you want to be for sure, I've already written a post about spending less time on you phone.

Do Something You Love.

Be passion, find a hobby! get up go outside, see friends or family, do things you have never done, search for something that makes you feel you want to do it again and want to improve in it. You can play guitar, draw, photography, sing, writing or poetry. The more you start doing what you love, the more you feel happiness within you.

Observe The World Around You And Be Thankful!

You can go to a hospital and you will see people hurting and some of them dying. Take a look at the world's news! families, children don't even have a home, they're starving for a little bit of food.
Ask about things that you want to know, don't be afraid of rejection, open yourself to the world and don't forget to smile. Believe me money can't buy you happiness, little things do.

  3. Yes to spending less time on the internet. Whenever I'm feeling in a funk, I know it's because I've been looking at everyone's best photo online and comparing them to my morning of cat throw-up on the carpet. If I unplug for a few days .. I always feel renewed and back to myself again!
