Tips To Spend Less Time On Your Phone.

10:49 PM

I'm one of the people who has a phone addiction, like really I hold my phone 24/7! And of course it's something negative for me and for everyone else who's like me. It takes our times in a bad way, also it affects my life, studies and a lot more. So I decided to try some tips and it worked for mem they are so motivationall to spend less time on that addiction machine.

Tips To Spend Less Time On Your Phone.

1. Turn Off Your Notifications:
This method is one of the best that I like to use. Somtimes I focus on something and sundelly out of nowhere that notification sound comes, or my phone turns off. That what distract us from keeping ourselves busy or the things that we were doing. But again we say let me check my instagram for a minute, and of course it turns out more.

2.Airplane Mode:
Well I can't explain this ;) just turn your phone into the airplane mode and you'll get to fly.

3.No Phone:
Stop using your phone at some occasions, or forbid yourself from using it like meetings, class, work and when you'r with family or firends. Well let's be honest that will even gives you some good relationships/ frienship and a good time.

4.Keep Yourself Busy:

The phone is just a waste of time and it make us feel lazy about doing anything else, so you better break that and get yourself a hobby or make more of what you're passionate about. Do thins that make you forget that you  have a phone and make you feel the time.

5.Track The Time:
There is an app called Moment that could help you track the time you are spending on the phone.

Guys! Technology is trap don't let it take your whole life!

  3. Never heard of moment... Sounds like a good idea for me!

If you have an s7 edge (probably other Android phones too) you can use do not disturb mode. It doesn't alert you to anything unless you specifically request some custom alerts. I find it really useful, especially when I'm trying to sleep and my phone distracts me.

  4. These are really great and simple tips. I find it also helps leaving my phone out of the bedroom at night, I got into a really bad habit of checking all my feeds before actually falling asleep, I sleep so much better when I leave it out of the bedroom!

  9. The best thing I've found for getting off my phone is leaving it in my car. The truth is, my children are monsters when mine is out and life is just easier without it sometimes.

  10. I agree technology can be a time suck and the amount of time that we spend on our phones can be ridiculous. I limit the amount of time that I can be on it for my own good!

  12. Technology is indeed a trap especially we let it take over our lives. When I am not at home I never check my phone for anything else but time and messages (text), and it helps to control the time I use the phone.

  15. For as long as I can remember I don't even carry my phone with me during the day. It's too much of a distraction and I don't want to be interrupted. People think I'm crazy .. but that's ok. I just smile

  16. I put my phone far from the area where I am working. Once it beeps, I just shrug it off because I don't want to be disturbed when I am working. Unless of course it is a phone call, then I get up and answer it.
